Two-factor authentication (required)
Two-factor authentication (2FA) has been mandatory on portal.ozhosting.com since 1 August 2025. After your password, the portal asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.
- Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
- Log in with your password. The portal shows a QR code.
- Open the app, tap + and scan the QR code.
- Type the 6-digit code from the app into the portal.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe, such as your password manager. You need them if you lose your phone.

The code doesn't work, or I've lost my phone
- Code rejected: check your phone's clock is set to automatic. Authenticator codes fail if the time is out by more than a minute.
- New phone or deleted app: use one of your backup codes to log in, then set up 2FA again under Account > Security Settings.
- No backup codes: call us on 1300 467 843 (option 1). We'll confirm who you are and reset 2FA so you can set it up again.
What happened to my.ozhosting.com?
We're moving services out of the old control panel. Domains, hosting and SSL have already moved to portal.ozhosting.com, and Microsoft 365 is billed through portal2.ozhosting.com. Some older services still live at my.ozhosting.com until they move, so keep that login too.
