We charge invoices to the card saved on your account, so keep it up to date. Cards are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Domains, hosting and SSL (portal.ozhosting.com)
- Log in to portal.ozhosting.com.
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
- Choose Add New Payment Method, enter the card details and save.
- To make it the card we charge, set it as the default. To remove an old card, choose Delete next to it after adding the new one.

Microsoft 365, Dropsuite and Acronis (portal2.ozhosting.com)
Log in to portal2.ozhosting.com and update the card under your account's billing or payment settings.
Older services (my.ozhosting.com)
- Log in to my.ozhosting.com.
- Go to Account > Payment Methods and choose Add New Payment Method.
- Enter the card details. You'll see a $1.00 pre-authorisation to check the card; it's reversed straight away.
Paying by bank transfer
We ask customers to pay by card. If you pay a large annual invoice and need to pay by bank transfer, call Accounts on 1300 467 843 (option 2) first.
