Domains, hosting and SSL (portal.ozhosting.com)
- Log in to portal.ozhosting.com.
- Go to Services > My Services and open the service.
- Choose Request Cancellation.
- Pick End of billing period to keep the service until the paid term ends, or Immediate to stop it now. Add a reason and submit.
Domains: don't cancel a domain you might need. Turn off auto-renew instead and it will lapse at expiry. See Renew a domain, stop it renewing, or recover an expired one.
Before you cancel hosting or email: download anything you need. When a service ends, its files, databases and mailboxes are deleted.
Microsoft 365
Microsoft licences are bought for a set term, and Microsoft limits when seats can be reduced or cancelled. Raise a ticket (choose Accounts and invoices) with the licence and number of seats, and we'll confirm what's possible and the dates.
Older services (my.ozhosting.com)
- Log in to my.ozhosting.com and go to Subscriptions.
- Open the subscription and choose Turn Off Auto Renew to stop it at the end of the term, or Cancel Subscription to stop it now.
