1. Is it just you? Try the site on your phone using mobile data. If it loads there, the problem is your office network or browser.
  2. Is there an outage? Check service status.
  3. Is the hosting paid and the domain active? Overdue invoices suspend hosting, and an expired domain takes the site offline. Check Billing > My Invoices and Domains > My Domains in portal.ozhosting.com.
  4. Did anything change? A plugin update, a theme change or a nameserver change is the usual cause. Undo the last change and test again.
  5. Is the domain pointing to us? If you recently changed nameservers or DNS, changes can take up to 24 hours to spread.

"Your connection is not private" or another SSL warning

  • Free Let's Encrypt certificate (Plesk): log in to Plesk, open Websites & Domains, choose SSL/TLS Certificates and renew or reissue the Let's Encrypt certificate. It fails if the domain doesn't point to our server.
  • Paid SSL certificate: we issue the renewal after the renewal invoice is paid. Check Billing > My Invoices. Certificates now last a maximum of 200 days, so expect to install a reissued certificate about twice a year.
  • Mixed content warning: the site loads some images or scripts over http. Update those links to https.
