Configure Zimbra via ActiveSync (Exchange)
Server:
zimbra.ozhosting.com
Protocol: Exchange ActiveSync (EAS)
Username: Full email address
Password: Email password
Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365 / Outlook 2019 / 2021)
Open Outlook.
Go to File → Add Account.
Enter your full email address.
Click Advanced options.
Tick Let me set up my account manually.
Click Connect.
Select Exchange.
If prompted for server:
Server:
zimbra.ozhosting.com
Enter:
Username: Full email address
Password: Email password
Click Next → Finish.
If prompted for account type, select Exchange ActiveSync.
Outlook for Mac (New Outlook)
Open Outlook.
Go to Outlook (top menu) → Settings → Accounts.
Click Add Account.
Enter your full email address.
Click Continue.
If automatic setup fails, choose Exchange.
Enter:
Email: Full email address
Username: Full email address
Password: Email password
Server:
zimbra.ozhosting.com
Click Add Account.
