When customer tried to login via zimbra.ozhosting.com and get the following error as per screenshot


Troubleshooting


  1. Login to customer email using client portal.
  2. Check MBX server status via Zimbra Admin Portal and check customer email status if its Active.
  3. Advise customer to retest logging in with correct email address and password after an hour. 
  4. If issue persist, lets create a ticket with L2 to check the logs for that user. 



Possible Cause

Continuous authentication failures, the account was locked: It failed 10 times and it will be unlocked automatically after 1 hour.
