When customer tried to login via zimbra.ozhosting.com and get the following error as per screenshot
Troubleshooting
- Login to customer email using client portal.
- Check MBX server status via Zimbra Admin Portal and check customer email status if its Active.
- Advise customer to retest logging in with correct email address and password after an hour.
- If issue persist, lets create a ticket with L2 to check the logs for that user.
Possible Cause
Continuous authentication failures, the account was locked: It failed 10 times and it will be unlocked automatically after 1 hour.
