Critical Email Archive is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. It works with Hosted Exchange 2010 mailboxes only. Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.

Question:

Can a mailbox user access the Critical Archive dashboard?

Answer:

No, currently only the account administrator can access the Critical Email Archive dashboard via the OzHosting Control Panel and view the contents.
