Critical Email Archive is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. It works with Hosted Exchange 2010 mailboxes only. Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.

Question:

Will my subfolders such as sent items, trash and drafts also be backed up?

Answer:

Yes, we can back up all your sub-folders except spam email folder.
