Critical Email Archive is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. It works with Hosted Exchange 2010 mailboxes only. Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.

Question: Can I delete items inside my Critical Email Archive?

Answer: No, in the nature of backup and archive products you cannot delete items from the backup/archive via the Critical Email Archive dashboard
