Before you can begin using the Cloud Backup tool you first need to setup the users inside the Ozhosting Control Panel.
Please follow these steps
1. Log into the Ozhosting Control Panel - https://my.ozhosting.com
2. Click on "Add New" in the Cloud Backup section
3. Enter a Display Name
4. Enter a Login Name
5. Enter a Password and click Next
6. Select the Type of Backup you wish to allocate to User
7. If you are installing on a server tick the "Professional" option
8. Click on Next
9. Enter the correct storage size allocated to user (eg 10Gb)
10. Confirm Contact details and click Next
11. On the Summary Screen click on Finish
