Cloud Backup is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. For new backups, ask Sales about Acronis Cyber Protect on 1300 467 843 (option 3). Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.

Yes. You can easily change the retention of backed up files and folders in Ozhosting Cloud Backup Client.

Click on "Restore data" to view all the information on the Backup Server. Select the data and click the "More" button, followed by "Alter retention".
