Hosted Exchange 2010 is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. We're moving customers to Zimbra Mail or Microsoft 365, and we'll contact you before your mailbox moves. Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.
To create new Hosted Exchange mailboxes inside your Control Panel please do the following;
1. Log into your Control Panel
2. If you have more than one subscription, select the subscription from the "Subscription List" in the top right corner.
3. Click on "Add New Mailbox" in the Exchange area.
4. Enter a "Display Name"
5. Enter a login name
6. Enter a password and click Next
7. Enter the mailbox size limit (default is 10mb)
8. Select the "Mailbox access" methods you wish to use
9. Click on Finish
