I have lost my email password, how do i reset it? Print

Hosted Exchange 2010 is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. We're moving customers to Zimbra Mail or Microsoft 365, and we'll contact you before your mailbox moves. Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.

If you have lost your email password and you need it reset here are your options

Reset your password via your Ozhosting Control Panel

1. Log into your Ozhosting.com Control Panel
2. Click on Users

3. Click on the User you wish to update
4. Click on Change Password

If you are not an Administrator of the Account and do not have access to the Ozhosting Control Panel please contact the Administrator of your account to reset the password.

If you are the Administrator of the Ozhosting Control Panel and have lost your password to the Control Panel please do the following

1. Visit "https://my.ozhosting.com"
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
