How to create a new Outlook profile

The following tells you how to create a new profile in Microsoft Outlook.
1. Open Control panel, then search for the Mail applet. Open it to open the Mail profile dialog. (In Windows 8.1 and 10, right-click on the Start button and choose Control panel.)
2. Click Show Profiles
3. Click Add.
4. Type a name for your profile and enter your email account information. (You can use the Auto account setup if you have the Autodiscover record added to your domain.)
