Issue: Cannot continue in processing a new mailbox due to error "MigrationWiz Migrated Mailbox"
Error Message: The new limit for resource `MigrationWiz Migrated Mailbox` must be higher than its current usage
Resolution: We should add this manually by following the steps provided below.
- Log in to Odin (https://my.ozhosting.com/workspace.html)
- Search on customer Subscription ID: e,g. 1022798
- Click on the subscription > Click the "Resources" Tab
- Search for the subscription name (e.g. Additional Flying Cloud Professional Plan Mailbox)
- Click the tick box beside its Subscription ID > Upgrade Resource Limit will be enabled and click on it
- Click the tick box and Add the necessary number of mailboxes under "Place order" (e.g. 33 current mailboxes and wanted to be 34, add 1 to Place Order text field )
- Choose the appropriate Credit card on file and Click "Place Order" Button
